$900K to $9.4M in A Few Hours?

UNH is flying in the after hours right now…

Why?

Because Berkshire Hathaway announced a stake in it…

…so did LoneStar Capital…

And David Tepper’s fund.

Unless you were tipped off or had some sort of inside info there’s no way you could have gotten involved beforehand.

Check this out:

Some cowboy bought over 6,000 call contracts of the $275 strike expiring tomorrow.

The stock closed today at $271.49.

It’s now trading close to $294 in the afterhours.

Let’s do some back of the envelope math here…lets say they paid $1.50 for those contracts, they dished out about $900K.

And if things open like they’re trading now, that $900K is worth $9.4 million.

So while you might not run a hedge fund, you know where they are moving, and have enough time to move with them.
