The Big 3 trades I just dropped on Schwab (hint: it's not what you think)

"I'm already past the Fed" - here's what I'm actually watching...

EDITOR'S NOTE:

Look, I may be past the Fed, but I'm still going live at 2 PM ET to cover what actually matters - the market reaction to Powell and this $10 trillion in earnings hitting over the next 48 hours.

While everyone else dissects his prepared remarks, I'll be showing you how to trade the real moves. Not Fed theater - actual market coordination and where the money's actually flowing.

Well, the first thing I would say is I'm already past the Fed.

I mean, the Fed is not that consequential. We have $10 trillion of market cap releasing earnings in the next 48 hours. That's where my focus happens to be.

Just wrapped my segment on Schwab's Big 3 and dropped three trades that perfectly capture what's actually happening while everyone else is obsessing over Fed noise.

Here's what I'm seeing that everyone's missing:

The "digital gold" play - Look, we've been told Bitcoin is digital gold, except gold right now IS gold. When Tether is buying more gold than most central banks and it's not helping crypto at all... I'm taking a stance that might surprise you.

The contrarian content play - You need another word for oversold. Yes, I am a contrarian through and through. While everyone's focused on acquisition drama, I'm looking at something completely different.

The "unfathomable expectations" trade - When everything's priced beautifully, there's no room for improvement. Sometimes that unto itself can be a viable position.

The bottom line: Money is moving in ways that don't make sense if you're only watching Fed meetings. But if you understand where that $10 trillion in market cap is actually flowing, these three plays make perfect sense.

These aren't your typical "buy the dip" trades. These are tactical positions for traders who understand what's really driving this market.

To your success,

Don Kaufman
